The tempered glass' feature is it's enhanced shock resistance (mechanical and thermal). In the case of breaking tempered glass crushes onto tiny pieces, what reduces the risk of the injury. The tempering process does not afflict the optical quality of the glass.
We produce tempered glass architectural elements such as partitions, glass doors, screens, skylights, ceilings, floors, table-tops...
The glass is custom designed. It can be colourless or coloured. The glass is hot coloured (the colour is melted into the glass) what makes the colours permanent. Colouring the glass we do not use the organic medium based enamels, drying in the room temperature.
The material. We temper flat glass art relief panels, coloured or not, and the industrial flat glass, gloss or matte.
We temper crircular arc bent glass if:
- maximum glass size is 2000 mm x 1500 mm
- only the shorter side of the panel may be bent and only to the circular arc
- minimal bending radius - 700 mm for 4-6 mm thick glass, 800 mm 8-12 mm glass, 1500 mm for 15-19 mm glass
Szkło hartowane ma zwiększoną odporność na uderzenia, zginanie i gwałtowne zmiany temperatury. Rozbite, szkło hartowane rozpada się na drobne kawałki, co eliminuje ryzyko poważenego zranienia. Hartowanie nie ma wpływu na wygląd i kolor szkła. Hartujemy ścianki, drzwi, sufity, podłogi, blaty.
Szkło hartowane możemy wykonywać w dowolnym kolorze. Kolory są uzyskiwane poprzez barwienie szkła na gorąco (kolor jest wtapiany w strukturę szkła, co czyni go wiecznotrwałym). Do barwienia szkła nie stosujemy emalii na zimno nakładanych na powierzchnie tafli.
Materiał. Hartujemy szkło płaskie w technice reliefu (bezbarwne i barwne) oraz szkło piaskowane.
Szkło gięte Hartujemy je tylko wg łuku kołowego przy parametrach:
- rozmiar tafli maksymalny do 2000 mm x 1500 mm
- gięcie krótszego boku wyłącznie po łuku kołowym
- min. promień gięcia: 700 mm dla szkła grubości 4-6 mm, 800 mm dla szkła 8-12 mm, 1500 mm dla szkła grubości 15-19 mm
