Window 12 Scene 5 - Jesus washes Apostle's feet

"Jesus answered (to Peter), ?Unless I wash you, you have no part with me.? (John 13,8) Washing apostles feet is an expression of God's love to all the people. A human, as a sinner have to accept heaving his feet ashed by Christ, in order to make us one with him. A figure in the upper side f the stained glass is Maria Magdalene weeping at Jesus' feets. She's representing a sinner repentant for his sins. We should learn from Jesus how to be humble. ?You call me ?Teacher? and ?Lord,? and rightly so, for that is what I am.  Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another?s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you." (John 13, 13-16)
