Maximum size of the separate glass pieces in the glazing is limited with the raw glass sheet size. The weight of 1 sq.m of the glazing depends of the thickness of the glass used. By the 3mm glass it is 7,5 kgs. Each 1mm of the glass thickness adds 2,5 kgs per 1 sq.m.
The material may be coloured glass, textured, fused, sandblasted, bevelled glass, or any combination of them all.
The design of the glazing is based upon the glass sample choice, the digital simulation might also be done.

Strenghtening -The doors are tempered.
Fittings - allow fixing the doors as opened ajar or sliding. As the doors are heavy - special dedicated system fittings are necessary (alas, not inexpensive).
Doors' design - is made according to the sugested general idea. The precise measurements at the site are done. Next the precise drawings and computer visualisations are done. Before the final execution the samples are made.

Fused glass architectural elements
Screens, partitions, skylights, plafonds, ceilings, windows, floors, table-tops made of impressive art glass. The glass is hot-treated (fused) and - if necessary - tempered. Every piece is an unique design. The glass is hot-coloured, what makes the colour permanent.
Size. The size can not exceed 1,5 x 3,0 meters. To cover bigger spread additional divisions have to be made. The weight of the element depends of it's size and thickness - 1 sq.m of the 10 mm thick glass weights 25 kgs. Reinforcement. Big panels ate strenghtened by increasing their thickness. The textured galss (relief) can be tempered.
Mounting the glass elements usually needs no additional fittings good way of fitting-up is setting the glass panel directly into the opening in cardboard-gypsum board). We offer the assistance if the fittings have to be custom made.
Design of the glass is made after preliminary ideas - next the conceptual painterly sketches 1:10 and computer visualisations are made. Sometimes, when nesessary, the glass samples are executed before the final baking .
The material fused glass is 8 - 30 (or more) mm thick, glass relief is 4 - 10 mm thick.
Tempered glass
The tempered glass' feature is it's enhanced shock resistance (mechanical and thermal). In the case of breaking tempered glass crushes onto tiny pieces, what reduces the risk of the injury. The tempering process does not afflict the optical quality of the glass.
We produce tempered glass architectural elements such as partitions, glass doors, screens, skylights, ceilings, floors, table-tops...
The glass is custom designed. It can be colourless or coloured. The glass is hot coloured (the colour is melted into the glass) what makes the colours permanent. Colouring the glass we do not use the organic medium based enamels, drying in the room temperature.
The material. We temper flat glass art relief panels, coloured or not, and the industrial flat glass, gloss or matte.
We temper crircular arc bent glass if:
- maximum glass size is 2000 mm x 1500 mm
- only the shorter side of the panel may be bent and only to the circular arc
- minimal bending radius - 700 mm for 4-6 mm thick glass, 800 mm 8-12 mm glass, 1500 mm for 15-19 mm glass
Lighting elements
In our Studio the glass lighting elements are only individually designed and custom made, often as the complement of the architectural glass decoration. We do not serially manufacture glass lampshades.
