The plaque in the memory of Izabela Jaruga-Nowacka was placed at the front of the Ministry of the Labour and the Social Affairs, next to the Jacek Kuroń commemorative plaque.
The plaque was commisioned by the "Przestrzenie Dialogu" foundation and designed by arch. Dorota Wójcicka-Żurko www.doro-studio.pl.
The plaque is made of 3 cm thick glass, some inscriptions are deeply incised by sandblasting, some are made of inox steel.
